- Network Outreach: if your perfect candidate is not available through our talent pool, we will begin network outreach to our proprietary network of contacts, influencers and sources
- Screening: every potential candidate goes through a screening process that includes background and reference checks, social media reputation analysis and is then scored and ranked appropriately
- Pre-Vetting and Interviewing: candidates are rigorously interviewed to build a short list of top prospects for client consideration
