CJ DuBé, a Minnesota native, has always been an entrepreneur. CJ has more than 25 years of business experience, and knows business and people. “What I love about working with leaders and their business is seeing them improve their bottom line through people who fit the company’s core values,” she said.
CJ has worked in a variety of capacities, including
- Management of sales teams for a large international company
- Director of operations and HR for a facilities management firm, where she oversaw 150 employees in 26 locations in the United States and Canada
CJ has a solid HR network within the Twin Cities. She has worked with many of the top executives within Minnesota’s finest companies to provide them with the right people for the right seats. Her reputation and her commitment to doing the right things for her clients is what drives her. CJ’s role as strategic partner with McKinley HR brings a wealth of experience.
